Room was ok, staff was ok, juice machine in breakfast area was out of order so was just some cereal and coffee.
Room was tidy, clean! A bit on the smaller size as far as rooms go, however, a huge room is not necessary for just an overnight rest. Bathroom & shower also very clean with adequate amenties & towels, water stayed hot in shower & water pressure was excellent. The TV was smaller than other motel rooms, but, again was sufficient for just the one night. It worked, lots of channels & picture was clear. Office manager was welcoming & promptly helped me access another room when the initial key fob for the initial 1st room continued to malfunction. He even opened the new room door & walked back to the office to get me a new key which he promptly brought to me so I didn't have to wait in the cold. Parking was nice to be directly in front of room. Presently very quiet with only the sound being that of sporadic traffic on the highway. Excellent place, would def stay again without hesitation.
Couldn't see out of room window because it was clouded over with months of moisture Calcium buildup. Sofa was dirty and needed cleaning. Had someone try entering our unit twice in the evening.
Very outdated rooms, bathroom in horrible shape. Room had an odor.

Disliked: Staff & service
When I went to check in, I had two rooms reserved and I was told that they let someone check into my room without verifying they were in my party and without having their name on file. The person just said I’m with the group with the two rooms and they gave him a key. So instead of having our rooms next to each other, our rooms were far apart. I did not leave any person‘s name that had the authority to check in under my name, but they allowed it.

The bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. The breakfast was about non existent. They had hostess little cinnamon squares and honey buns and some cereal. No coffee, the pump pot was empty, juice machine out of order, milk jug for cereal empty and no one anywhere to be found. Very disappointed because our coffee pot in our room also did not work. The guy who helped us get a key card that worked was very nice and helpful though.
We booked through Hotels.com and I had no idea they would represent such a filthy dirty bug infested place. It was so bad we opened the door and just shut it and left for home instead of staying. Bed was sunk in the middle and you could see the pillows had been used. There was no less than 5 flies in the room along with a wasp and numerous box elder bugs. I have never seen a room and a motel in such deplorable shape. I will also be contacting Travelodge as I am sure they could have no idea what a dump shares their logo. Hotels.com also shares some responsibility as the have pictures that do not represent the condition of that hell hole. Do not even think of staying here!! Filthy from top to bottom!!!!
The room was disgusting! Upon entry it had a putrid smell. The beds must have plastic mattress covers as they made crinkling noises with every move-but sheets appeared clean. The bathroom is a nightmare! Toliet is extremely low, mold everywhere, the tub had been repainted and was peeling and the shower head looked to have been recently replaced but drywall was still bare. Not comfortable even trying to shower. No hot water at the sink. Looked as if a baseboard heater was removed below but parts were still hanging on the wall. When you walk across the room the dresser creaked and doors opened. Lampshades were dingy, hanging crooked and looked as if a knife had sliced through it. Dust and dirt in windows. The entry door itself was paper thin and looked as if someone tried entering it without the keycard, not to mention only 1 small latch for security.

My reservation was cancelled by the hotel via a phone to me call at 1pm, two hours before check-in — said there was a problem with my room and they had no other rooms available. I was in the middle of working an out-of-town art fair and no other rooms were available within 35 miles. NOT HAPPY!

I must say that it is much better than the last time we were there. We didn't actually stay. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. We not only couldn't lock the door, it simply wouldn't stay closed. This time, room was nice, good a/c, but the toilet was nasty. No was at the desk when we went to check out.
The people were nice. But room needs much improvement. Old, cracked walls unsafe latch on door.
I actually had paid for it but when my sister and I got there we left and went to different motel. Didn’t feel comfortable. Next to Correctional Facility. Just didn’t feel good. Pictures look much different on line. Lost nights charge but had to go elsewhere. Cant believe this is backed by Windham. I thought better than that. Not good for their image.
Very run down. The bathroom surfaces were cleaned but years of residue and scale buildup were in the sink and toilet. It was clean- ish overall. It's seen its better days. The breakfast was not in a space conducive to eating.
The room was not cleaned from the previous occupancy, the bed was unmade the towels had all been used. Stayed 3nites, no choice, slept in my clothes on the bed not in it. Most horrific hotel on earth.
This felt like a total bait and switch. The condition was dismal. Cleanliness non existent. We tried to check out and the main desk was locked at 8am.
We didnt dare attempt breakfast. The room with the ice machine stunk. The door to the bathroom didnt close fully.
It was a place to crash for an unexpected night. Mold in bathroom, dirty walls. Check-in staff was nice. Needs a huge overhaul. didn't it eat anything there
So we were coming in from out of town and rented a room at the Travelodge by Wyndham as the online pics looked great ,hence why we chose this location..it seemed really nice for price/location was close in proximity to where we had plans/family ...plus we are members of Wyndham and have always had good experiences until now. Well upon arriving at the location, the pictures were deceiving., the hotel looked run down and sketchy looking , breakfast area was a tiny corner of the front office/check in area which also looked like it needed a good cleaning(nothing as it showed in the pics) However we decided we would go ahead and check in regardless as it had been a long trip. So we got the room key and go to check it out only to find that the bathroom had black mold in several areas we immediately went up front to the office and told the manager/worker about the black mold and he tried offering a different room. Seeing as how my wife is highly allergic to mold we declined and demanded a refund as we were not chancing being put in another room with mold . He was reluctant to refund til we brought up the board of health. We wanted to advise others about the black mold as it is a health hazard and needs to be addressed .
This was absolutely one of the dirtiest and smelliest places I have ever visited. The couch had so many disgusting stains on it, I had to ask for a sheet just to sit on it. Holes in the walls, sticky tables. *GROSS*
We stayed one night and asked for our money back for the 2nd but were denied.
If this is still a Wyndham property, I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER.
Would like a full refund, but bet that won't happen.
One highlight was the gentleman who tried to help us out, I think he took care of the property. Very nice and tried to help, but there wasn't anything he could do.
