"I’ve been staying at Kooii for the last month and the staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever I’ve had difficult travel arrangements they have worked hard to accommodate my needs! "Beautiful apartment. Would love to stay again. Comfy bed and really spacious. Only thing was there was a smell of smoke - unsure if the last guest who stayed was smoking or not. There were airfresheners in the apartment which was trying to help at least. I will definitely stay again though as the property was exceptionally presented "

"Older flat requiring maintenance items. Dishwasher unusable, blinds hard to open / close, furniture also old-ish and could do with some updates. Road noise particularly bad if trying to spend time on the balcony ..... just easier to keep doors closed and stay inside :-( .... "The apartments are very central, and excellent if you are staying for several days and you want something you can walk to. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the reception staff were fantastic. But the apartment itself was a bit tired looking, and the dryer wasn't working so well and the ironing table didn’t have a cover. (All of which I reported.) We would recommend it and probably would stay again."

"Check in was great. The room was good value and had everything we wanted. Only thing was when out on the front balcony there was alot of nail clippings! We stood on. The water pressure was non existent in all the taps and the wifi signal was weak and the tv wasnt connecting to it. Overall we were happy with our stay but just a few things to figure out."

Booking process not straightforward and requesting lots of ID documents several times before release info of how to access apartment. Once that finally sorted communication was excellant.
