"We decided to stay here on our drive back up to WA. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member at the front desk for check in. Everything went smoothly and they offered my daughter and I a free drink which was a nice touch. The building itself, and property, were very well maintained. The room itself was quite large and actually perfect if you have a dog with you as you could easily put the dog in the extra space that can be closed off from the bedroom. "Hotel nice and clean, room was very nice. Noise from adjoining room after 1:00am, and noise from room 3rd floor early 6:00am (stomping, running). Noise not a reflection on the hotel, but lack of concern from check-out staff was disappointing. Our next stay we will ask for third floor. Overall great place to stay. Excellent deli & ice cream shop across the parking lot, very nice people and reasonable pricing for nice sized portions. (Dills Deli open late and 32 Below ice cream also open late)."

"The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again."

"The bed was super comfy, the shower had great water pressure as well. The curtains give the room a nice ambience and pop of color while giving privacy. The microwave and fridge were super nice and convenient. I loved the options for food around the area that the hotel gives answering any questions. What a perfect way to end a trip to Mount Shasta. "
