  • Pineland Place is a newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1850 square foot house. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, In & Out..all the good stuff. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. There is a fully enclosed back yard and laundry room.
