Parking was easy and for the most part available, hotel room 304 was clean unfortunately it smelled like smoke and I did report it to the front desk, and I was told unfortunately the hotel is sold out and it was nothing they could do so the whole weekend my wife and myself and my daughter were smelling like smoke it’s to the point it’s in my system we’re I can taste the smoke, and with my wife unhappy, let’s just say it wasn’t a pleasant experience for myself, again room 304

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY THOUGH 1.5 MILES FROM FREEWAY, IT WAS WORTH THE 60 SECOND DRIVE. CLEAN, NICE EMPLOYEES, HELPFUL STAFF EVERYWHERE, PARKING LOT TO ROOM RESTAURANT.

Friendly staff at the hotel and casino. Bit smokey in the casino for my liking but they did have air purifiers throughout the property. Grabbed some takeout from their on sight cafe which was good. Stopped for 1 night on a road trip and would def stay there again if in town. 😀

The staff and security were absolutely horrible. I have two service dogs and because they're little.They stay in a stroller, they're actually registered service dogs. They gave me a lot of trouble on them and told me that if I wanted to have them in the casino, they had to be out of their buggy. I wound up going to my room, sitting in a chair, had an anxiety attack and didn't even go back downstairs to eat dinner. We will never return to that facility ever again. I had to be checked in twice by security.Even though security already had checked me in the first time, then I was interrogated by the second security guy. It was a very disturbing and upsetting situation. He basically said it was an indian casino and the indians make the rules. 😡 We have never had this issue at another casino. I will advise anybody.I know with service dogs not to go there are anybody in general I should say. The room was very strange.

We always stay here when passing through town on road trips. I have to say it was wayyyy cleaner and felt safer this time. They keep the grounds and inside immaculately clean and i saw lots of security patrolling the parking lot. We stayed at the RV park this time but also had friends staying in the hotel. Something has improved recently . Very friendly staff as always . 👌

Our stay was very nice and this was our second time staying there. One slight hiccup is I got bitten several times during my sleep. I checked for bed bugs and did not find any. I never found what it was, but needless to say they hurt and itched for several days. I did report this to the front desk at my check out. Hopefully they take care of it.

Although the room was nice, the hotel smells like cigarettes everywhere you go from the casino - even though the hotel is non smoking. The C charging port did not work. The coffee pot provided was not clean. Blankets are thin, but the beds are very comfortable.

Was very pleased with the check in process in all areas restaurant, bar, members club and the information desk. We do plan to visit again One item that may not be much of an issue 2 of the 3 nights we had someone knock on our door asking to be let into during the middle of the night. We told them to go away ad they did. in addition we should of called the front desk.

Pretty nice place. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we did gamble. Could use some upgrades in room. Cracked tiles etc. just a little dated. But overall it was clean and quiet. Free bottles of water in the room was a plus.

The staff and rooms were great. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the amount of cigarette smoke in the hotel. It states it is smoke free but this is not the case. Other than the cigarette smoke it was great.
