"As soon as I walked it the room smelled like smoke and this was supposed to be a smoke free room. The bed was very uncomfortable comforter had burn holes in it. The whole room had bugs crawling everywhere. First night there was a random person knock on the door and the second night there was some kind of domestic situation outside. Made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe."
