Trotz Chat und mehreren emails wurde nichts unternommen. Bei der Anreise standen wir über 1 Stunde vor verschlossener Tür, weil der Schlüssel nicht hinterlegt war. Es bedurfte wieder mehrere Telefonanrufe, um das Problem zu lösen. Jetzt wollte die polnische Agentur meine Kreditkarte wegen eines defekten Balkonstuhles belasten obwohl...

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist gut. Aber die Heizung möchte schon mal Abends funktionieren und nicht nach außen unter 10 Grad bzw. Raumtemperatur unter 16 Grad. Da fühlt man sich "Arsch Kalt" vor dem TV ohne Deutsche Sender. Aber sonst haben wir uns Erholt und gut geschlafen. Zu Abendessen waren wir im Hotel Stary, einfach Top Essen und nettes Personal."

"Very nice apartment. The only thing that was annoying was the code on the door that sometimes didn’t work and it took a few tries to get inside. Plus, there was no information about where the parking spot for the apartment was located (some were numbered but most weren’t). We spent a lot of time trying to find it with no luck. And even parked on the side by the forest. Overall nice place. "
