"The staff were friendly and the amenities including the pool were great. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were so unsupported meaning it was difficult to sleep each night. Also, during breakfast the drinks and some foods were always empty meaning you’d have to ask and wait for contents to be refilled/ replenished. There was also a private event going on which meant the bar inside the hotel couldn’t be used."

"Check in was smooth. Nicolas upgraded both of our rooms and provided a glass of Prosecco on arrival. "Have stayed at The Beeches on numerous occasions for the football (U-Reds!). Superb hotel. Room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Staff, as always, were extremely pleasant and helpful. In fact, on this visit, my wife forgot her reading glasses, and so the manager (I think) very kindly and thoughtfully lent my wife his old glasses for the duration of the stay. Hugely appreciated and typical of the great customer service provided by the hotel staff. Thoroughly recommended and of course we will stay here again on future visits to Nottingham."

"Unfortunately the room had a few issues which were rectified by Luke on reception. TV not working, in room phone not working, air con centrally controlled and not able to adjust with the sun on the window from sunrise. Have stayed before and will come back as staff always very helpful. "
