Hop on the 15 miles of hiking/biking paths that wind around the resort and experience up close the pleasant climate and high desert landscape filled with sage and juniper. For a workout inside, head over to Ridge Sports Center where you can swim, play basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and lots of other activities! This home comes with six free passes to the resort's amazing recreation centers, and additional passes can also be purchased. Then there's the Deschutes River, meandering along the eastern edge of the resort, where you can fish, kayak and shoot the rapids. When the snow flies, make your way to Mount Bachelor or Hoodoo resorts (both within 39 miles) for great skiing and boarding. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
