"Really great spot to stay in Redmond. Was a small bit of confusion at check- in but by the time my wife and I came back from dinner it had been resolved and we were even upgraded. Front desk staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. Really impressive service. And why I'd come back here in a second. "
