"Clean room. Nearby walk to pier. Enjoyable stay. No AC though during a heatwave."

"Great place. Easy to find. Close to the pier. Highly recommend it!"

"Nice place to stay. The neighborhood is nice and very close to the beach and pier."

"Great location to many restaurants, beach access and many attractions.Safe & quiet neighborhood"

"The location was perfect, and room was exactly as indicated. Slight delays with communication with host, seemed there were more than one person on various platforms. But it all worked out. Would stay again- as stated, location was good, nearby the ocean, piers, etc. Needed the room only to sleep and shower. Bed was comfy. Should say- no A/C in unit, but windows and ceiling fan plus cool evenings kept it decently comfortable."

"Great place to stay. Clean. Comfortable. Not fancy, but it’s everything you need. Outstanding location. Will absolutely stay here again several times.Parking was easy."

"It was close to the beach, which is great. Property is clean and well maintained. It is also very secure. Just wish it had better air as it’s a bit warm in the warm."

"Nice room but quite small. Great location. Smoke detect sensor was removed from the room when we checked in."

"We needed a place to stay while our house was being tented. The problem, we have 3 cats. This host was understanding and gracious. We found the perfect place. The check in was easy. The check out was easy. The location was close to many amenities within walking distance. The place was very clean. "

"Okay for a short stay. Property is true to pictures, though suffering a bit from age and DIY. We overlooked the absence of air conditioning and needed to borrow a friend’s portable fan as the open windows and overhead fan could not keep up with the heat. The room location beside the front patio allowed us to extend our personal space by sitting outdoors. Padded toilet seat took some getting used to. We opted for McD around the corner rather than use the kitchenette."

"BAD COMMUNICATION VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"

"Place was clean and private. Listing does not really mention that it is an ADU. Parking was a bit hard to find."
