"We had a windows that was open in our room upon checking and couldn't close after trying to close it. We ask to change room, the staff said all windows are the same, they cannot close. It was evident he did not want to assist with changing rooms. He proceeded to tell us how safe the neighborhood was and we just had to put down the blind for privacy and safety."

"Huge clean rooms. Fun staff were so welcoming! I like the pool and little gym. The breakfast is exceptional. Waffle maker is a big hit with the kids. They have healthy options including fresh spinach, egg white omelet, oatmeal and nuts and seeds and fruit! Comfortable lounge. Unlimited coffee."
