"The staff was very lazy. We stayed 3 nights and never once did our room get serviced. 3 people and we got 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths the entire stay. Place was clean, just no service. And the wanted a $25 cash deposit even tho i paid with a card. Just disapointing."

"This was a the perfect fit for a short stay in Evansville. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt very safe staying there. It is just a short 7-minute drive to downtown. The owners were very responsive and answered all of my questions."
