Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
We never got to stay because no one gave us the access code. Communicating with the property manager was terrible. Check in was at 4pm but they never sent the entry email. It was our 20th anniversary and we had to get a hotel in Order to have a place to stay. The property was beautiful and we would have loved to stay in the unit we paid for. The property manager finally gave us a refund but that didn't help our vacation plans. Manager didn't seem to care that our plans were ruined. Will not be paying to stay here in the future. Boo
