Both the pool and the hot tub had out of order do not use signs upon arrival. We had just drove 13 hrs with 5 kids in the car and booked here so the kids had an outlet after that drive. Upon arrival the attendant was complaining and not very accomodating, we tried the key to our room 3 times and finally they had to let us in with a master key and did not get us keys for our room the entire stay, this did not feel safe or secure at all not to mention we had to wait long periods for staff to open our room when we returned which was very inconvenient especially with small children who had to use the restroom. There was a large spider webb in the room by the jacuzzi tub also. The 2nd day an attendant started working on the room lock while we were in the room without letting us know and freaked out my kids that someone was trying to get in our room. When we were in the breakfast area there was 2 other people that had issues with their room keys also. This was booked over a holiday weekend and there were no comparable rooms to move to within an hour of our stay here that were vacant. We ended up leaving a day early due to the inconvenience and lack of accomodations, so far Expedia has not made this right and neither has the hotel. Still waiting!
