"House is just as pictured in listing. House was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Host was easy to get in touch with and handle issues promptly. A suggest would be extra flatware and a pizza pan. Maybe a small table to set things in the front bedroom, could be in the closet since there are two closets in that room. "

"My family of 13 was traveling from all over the country for a family reunion in Saginaw, MI. The Birch Run Christmas house accommodated 12 adults and 1 infant comfortably for 3 nights. The home was clean with plenty of towels, dishes, and cleaning supplies. The owner responded to my questions quickly and sent me messages to make sure everything was okay."

"Very clean, strong communication and had everything we needed and more. The host has great brand products for you to use, kitchen is well stocked and a delicious breakfast was left for us. Plenty of yard games, fire wood for purchase and clean hot tub. Check out process was simple and did not have to do much. Very close to downtown. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"We rented this house so that our Strictly Sail & Kayak Fishing Team could fish the HobieBOS tournament on Saginaw Bay, and the house was perfect in every way! Plenty of parking for our boat trailers, the house was clean and very nice, and our favorite part was the porch with the view of the water and the fire pit. We highly recommend this house and we hope to be back there in the future!"
