Nice no frills hotel that worked out great for sleeping and visiting. Our room was clean and looked as though it had been remodeled recently. Another guest in our party also had a clean and remodeled room. A third group in our party ended up in

Pleasant, economic find!

Easy check-in, nice staff. Wifi worked, coffee available in the room, and there is a pool (did not use). Walking distance to food and basic shopping necessities. Quiet area just a minute from 95. Basic room, clean comfortable beds. Place could use a fresh coat of paint and some modern upgrades, but overall great value for the price!

We were coming from South Carolina to Florida, but I was getting tired so we decided to stop and get a room. We check out a few other hotels but they just did not look like we wanted to stay there and we spotted your hotel the budget inn, so I looked on my Hotels.Com and got a price. I had some key credits and booked it sitting in the parking lot and went straight in and he gave us the key to the room beautiful hotel, very, very clean and very, very pretty also affordable.

You get what you pay for. Very old and outdated facility and furniture. No toiletries in room. Mattress hard and uncomfortable. Area was quiet except when the police arrived to bust a guy. Receptionist was friendly. Conveniently located near my job and restaurants. Only stayed for a few hours, so it served it’s purpose.

There were cockroaches crawling on the floor and on the bed. We arrived very late, so we did not have time to find other accommodation somewhere else, so we had to endure a sleepless night. It was useless talking to the owner/employees. Don't stay here. You'll be sorry.

The room looked like a crime scene. Something was splattered all over the walls. Dirt in every corner. I had not one but 2 mice living under the fridge. And I dont want to know what crawled across my back at 3am. I'd call it a dump but that would be an insult to dumps. Avoid this place.

The property was perfect for a one night stay driving down to Florida. We just wanted a bed and it was quite comfortable. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. It was just off the highway. Price was good.

As a senior women traveling alone I felt very safe staying here by myself for the night. Room was clean, beds comfortable, TV worked, room had a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. For $69 a night it was a great place to stop for the night. Towels & soap were basic but the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it for an overnight stay.
