"Check-in staff was on her phone and didn't seem to be very welcoming. It took a while for her to identify our room and check us in. She didn't seem to be very capable of operating the computer to select our room and check us in. Not very professional. Our first stay at the property. The other hotels we usually stay in while in town were full due to nearby college graduation."
