"Breakfast in the morning was great. Had good options for locals and foreigners. Rooms a good size and clean. Downside is that no train stations are close. You have to take a bus to get to the local train station to get to central Tokyo. "

"Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot. Not many restaurants in the immediate area, but yakinikity is within walking distance, and Kashiwa Station is one stop away with plenty of food and shopping. Clean throughout. Will stay again. "

If you’re staying here when they’re in season, be sure to visit the strawberry farm nearby, the best strawberries!"

"Lovely for the price. The variety of pillow firmness was nice. Overall it was very clean though we needed to circulate the air a bit when we arrived. Host was pleasant and the check in/out process was easy. The lack of elevator was unfortunate but the good points far outweigh the bad. Overall great experience. "
