Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. "Vibrant neighborhood full of activity. Well situated to beach and parks with just a 5 minute walk to the metro, market and a range of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment well supplied and comfortable. We appreciated most the little balcony and the comfy bed linens. Lastly, there always seemed to be friendly staff around to help with questions. This is a great neighborhood and building and we highly recommend it for value and amenities. We’ll be back to friendly Copenhagen! "

"I only stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling alone, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a double bed, yet only one pillow was provided. The blanket was also very small and did not properly fit the size of the bed. In addition, there was no fridge in the room and not even basic amenities like a small toothpaste were provided. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected much better service and comfort. Overall, I found the hotel overpriced for what it offered and would not recommend it."
