"Stay far away… to start they need a cash deposit. The room smelled like body odor and cleaning products. There were multiple roaches we had to kill. And many more baby roaches (smaller than ants) that were in the bathroom and by the ac. The jacuzzi didn’t work but due to how dirty everything was, we wouldn’t have used it anyway. There were atleast 3 different hair lengths and colors in the bed, on the pillowcases, and even IN THE JACUZZI! I asked the manager about the cleanliness and insects and he just looked shocked but gave no verbal response. Im about 85% sure there was also a camera in the ventilator in the bathroom…i asked about being compensated and again, no response verbally. So i kindly asked for my invoice and left. My girlfriend and i couldn’t sleep at all so we stayed up and decided to sleep on the cruise ship when we board instead. The hotel was so unacceptable, she and I didnt feel comfortable evn showering there. The shower head looked appallingly gross."

"We checked in at 1 a.m. and checked out at 11 a.m. so we didnt have much time to enjoy the hotel. The time we were there everything was good. "

"No shower curtain. TV didn't work. Smelled terrible. Trash everywhere. Thought the room was being broken into at least 4 times. I didn't expect it to be the Four Seasons, but it wasn't even a half a season... Front desk guy was nice. We had to put down a $20 cash deposit, but our friends who stayed didn't have to, which was weird."

"Very enjoyable. Location is close to shopping center food and banks. The neighborhood is not bad but not great. The Cove is an oasis. The food can use alittle help besides that great."

"It is pet friendly but not entirely. My dog has difficulty with tile flooring. Only carpet in the halls. Which I do understand but it would have been easier. But also didn’t seem like bathroom was cleaned there was a dirty spot on counter and some kind of pink substance on bathroom door. Also never been to a hotel that didn’t have shampoo or conditioner but thankfully I did pack some."
