Few things were left out of property info or just falsely advertised, e.g. “extra twin-bed” (no where to be found, after we paid additional fee for extra person). Despite cleaning fee (and even after we had cleaned up as much as possible), we were asked to thoroughly clean kitchen and take trash out to the street. "We stayed at the end of May with family ranging from children, teens, parents and grandparents and all really loved this Villa. The house is lovely and pool is large and clean with stunning views. The teens enjoyed the table tennis, pool table and basket ball court. Near to a nice village with some good restaurants. Guilia and Enzo were really helpful and friendly hosts. We all really enjoyed it and would recommend it."

"Villa Nel Monte was a great property with lots of character and different spaces to enjoy. Hosts were communicative and welcoming. The location is a short ~20-30 min drive to key locations around Etna, and very close to vineyards. We chose it for it’s location a little out of Nicolosi, but it was an easy (although not on pavements) 10 min walk into the town for dinner, drinks, or late-night gelato! "We were a large family of 12 that we then were joined by an additional 4 for a total of 16 people. The house was very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Mimo was very attentive to all our questions. We have lots of family that lives in Nicolosi so it worked out to be our meeting place with it's beautiful views.
