The hotel itself is great. Very clean, quick check in, the infamous free checkin cookie, and friendly staff. The restaurant though, that’s another story. There were like 10 people in there and they were turning away tired hungry people because they only had one staff member working and couldn’t accommodate more than that. Absolutely unacceptable for a family looking for food and refreshments after a long day.
