    A newly developed spacious one bedroom basement suite with a private self check-in entrance. Designed for your comfort and convenience, this suite is situated in the serene and friendly Harbour Landing neighborhood of Regina. It's within walking distance to Walmart and numerous restaurants, just a 5-minute drive from the airport, and 15 minutes from the city center. Enjoy nearby walking paths and a play park perfect for pets and children. The suite also includes free driveway and street parking.

    The suite boasts a private entrance for your convenience. After completing the self-check-in process, you'll step into a delightful ambiance. Descend the staircase into the suite where you'll find a privacy door, ensuring an added layer of seclusion during your stay. Beyond this door lies the inviting living room, furnished with a dining set and various entertainment amenities. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. The generously sized bedroom features a spacious workstation. Excellent Basement Suite with a Private Entrance

The apartment really had everything one would need for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to make my simple meals. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.
