We found the house to be comfortably furnished throughout and the intended addition of airconditioning will be a great bonus. The smaller sofa bed room especially would benefit from this and the rooms closest to the road as there is quite a bit of traffic noise with the windows open. "Le Mas in Aups is a fabulous house for several families. Spacious (11 persons) and cool with a splendid view over the landscape. Sitting outside is very relaxing, we enjoyed the silence. For the children there is a huge swimming pool and material for several sport activities. Fantastic."

"A very large and beautiful villa, with all needed amenities. Outside- a huge property, wonderful pool, pingpong table, tennis court, 4 pairs of well maintained bikes, etc etc. Ideal for family with kids. Owners were very nice. Keep in mind that linen is supplied, towels if you request and come with flight, but nothing else supplied. We had the joy of ordering a dinner and breakfast … all prepared with lots of love and care. We also cooked some meals and used the bbq. The pool is shared with Villa Pergola, and it’s just in front of the house. We highly recommend it. "
