Room was very clean, staff was fantastic.parking was great and the Dart bus is right behind the hotel and take you to the boardwalk and back to the hotel trips run every 20 minutes.

The Hotel was very clean and quiet. Also conveniently located both to Rehoboth, beaches, and shopping. Staff was welcoming. The only negative was the breakfast. Coffee was watery as was OJ. Very little choice of foods when we went down at 8AM.

The hotel is in a nice location about 1.5 miles from the beach. It has a nice lobby and pool area. The rooms are a bit outdated. The breakfast was poor, not much to choose from. Overall for the price it’s not bad. Don’t think I’d stay here again.

We loved the large, clean room with a nice amount of furniture and work space. The staff we met were working hard and always talked to us. We got extra towels when we needed them, and we especially liked the roomy shower that had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location was very near the turn-off for Rehoboth, and by staying on the access road, we could easily cross at the light near CVS if traffic was busy. There was great hot coffee at breakfast, too! We hope to return soon because the our room was at a great price, especially for summer.

Staff was amazing! Super helpful. Outside of that, the property was a 10 minute drive from the beach, beds were uncomfortable, breakfast had a poor selection and half the lights in the room were broken. Staff was AWESOME.... that was the only good thing.

The location and price are the biggest benefits of the Beach Boutique Hotel. Located right off Rt. 1 but only about 10 minute drive from the Rehobeth Beaches. It was quieter than we expected. It is next to Blue Coast and the Fresh Market, with the southbound Wawa accessible without having to get on Coastal Hwy. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. And the price made it a great value. We would definitely come back.

The location was convenient and the room was big and there was a nice complimentary breakfast. The bathroom was also big and well appointed with toiletries. However, our room carpet was wet and smelled musty and the room was very humid. Perhaps there was a problem with plumbing or something... Otherwise we liked the place and it was good value!

The property was clean and well-maintained. Personnel at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. It would be helpful if one person were assigned to monitor the breakfast room so that items could be more quickly restocked. Also, if a supply truck does not arrive, management should authorize staff to purchase breakfast supplies from a local source since the facility advertises a daily continental breakfast. As it is, if the supply truck doesn't arrive and supplies run out, the on-site staff's hands are tied.

Overall good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. The location is great. Close to the beach, dining and shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast could use Alot of work. Very limited selections. Just pastries, cereal, fruit, coffee and a juice machine that was pouring out water instead of juice etc. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was long strands of hair on the floor and what looked like urine build up on the bottom of the toilet bowl. These are minor things that can be fixed.That being said, I would still come back.
