Assigned off-street parking allows you to avoid in-town parking challenges so that you do not have to move your car until you're ready to leave town. All you need in a low-maintenance, turn-key condo at the beach!
LOCATION: Walk to everything Rehoboth Beach offers from this charming downtown condo in The Gull. Just one short block off Rehoboth Avenue.
PARKING: Assigned parking for one car- community permit required.Height restriction of 6'- no large SUVs or Vans.
AMENITIES: Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, central AC, dishwasher, four-person dining, and balcony.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. if you cancel your reservation. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. The condo is on the fourth level with no elevator. The private washer and dryer are located in the hallway. No pets and no smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
