The goals for this property were many: lots of bedrooms and comfortable, clean sleeping options, a variety of gathering spots, a gourmet kitchen featuring everything you would have at home, and seating at the table/island/work station for literally everyone. Finally, we wanted to maintain the charm of an old Dewey cottage while also updating all (ALL) amenities, so no detail has been left out here. We added central HVAC, a full sized-washer/dryer, 2 hot water heaters with boosters (NO cold showers here), an outside shower, a BIG fridge and dishwasher that will actually clean the dishes so you can go to the beach! We have stocked the home with board games, and a variety of historical items from the 60s & 70s for kids to play with, such as old telephones, typewriter, encyclopedias, and more.
