The kitchen can be found to the rear of the house, while a living and dining space is to the front, located just inside the enclosed porch facing Lake Avenue. One bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor as well, with the remaining bedrooms located on the second level with two bathrooms. Enjoy the outdoor space with a gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower.
LOCATION: Steps from the beach and boardwalk on Lake Ave. There is a community playground across the street, views of Lake Gerar, and great ocean views from the roof top deck.
