Relax in cool, cozy comfort after your sun-kissed day! Fully carpeted living area and balcony. Updated kitchen with new dishwasher (2022) and pod coffee maker. TV/DVD viewable apartment wide. Blankets and pillows provided. Sheets, towels and bath mat are not included.
A few steps from the front door is the FREE beach, or enjoy our pristine outdoor pool and sundeck. Walk to Rehoboth's eclectic variety of shops and restaurants, Funland, arcades, mini golf, bike and scooter rental. Secure garage parking plus outside deck parking, security guard, on-site manager, keyed entrances, free WiFi, well-equipped laundry, and elevators.

RENTALS FOR LESS THAN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGED A $90.00 CLEANING FEE.
During the off season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units. The garage and elevators will be undergoing repairs in the off season.

Perfect beach view

We loved the property. However, we won't return because there isn't a separate bedroom and we need privacy from each other sometimes. We totally mis-understood that the murphy bed was the main bed, located in the living room.

We really enjoyed ourselves! Access to everything was great and we walked everywhere. The unit could use a little updating (kitchen/bath) but everything was clean and accommodating. We’d like to return at some point in the future. Thank you!

Oceanfront Balcony in prime location

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for two people. Very clean and comfy with amenities. Pool was a bit small but nice.
