Wilmington Condo Unit 103 is located in Rehoboth Beach on Wilmington Avenue, approximately two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. This single-level condo features a large and open living, dining and kitchen area. Guests will also enjoy spending time at the community pool, which may stay open up to two weeks after Labor Day. Not feeling like cooking? The condo is located above one of Rehoboth's finest restaurants, Henlopen City Oyster House, and several other venues within walking distance on Wilmington Avenue and Rehoboth Avenue. Each unit has off-street parking for 2 cars; Spots are assigned. The building has an elevator. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
