A real oasis

So this is a little oasis in the middle of a NOT very nice area...but it doesn't matter.... The hotel is really set up for people wanting a night or 2 away, or having a party, spa treatments etc...though it's quite compact it has hot tubs, 2 heated swimming pools, suanas etc all accessible pretty much any time. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast is great and the staff are ALL the nicest you'll meet in Israel. They're super efficient, friendly and even though we were there for work, it was a fantastic "escape" at the end of the day. The bar area is great, as is the breakfast area. Infact, it's all great. We had a really nice stay and even though they didnt understand why we stayed there a week (business trip) they were always welcoming... One note...it's about 35 minutes walk from the main street/Weizmann Institute so unless you like walking, you'll want a car. We'll be back next time we're in Rehovot.

What lovely service! A friend and I went for a staycation and we had such a relaxing to time! Massages and meals were great - pools were wonderful, the service was outstanding. Super attentive.

Estate Spa hotel offered excellent amenities and the room was nicely appointed. The staff was extremely helpful with our questions (such as recommending GETT app to hire a taxi (since we had no Israli money). Unfortunately we checked in late in the evening and had to depoart at 5:30 am, so could not take advantage of all of the amenities.

אין מעלית, רק מדרגות כך שהמקום לא מונגש. המקום ישן ולא משופץ, ריהוט זול מאוד, מגבות זולות חלוק במידה הכי גדולה לא נסגר ובאיכות ירודה מאוד. החדר עם ריח מעופש כנ״ל חדר האוכל. האוכל לא היה טעים. למרות כל זה, מסתבר שהמקום בתפוסה מלאה כך שלא ניתן לבצע צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר יותר בתשלום.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Wonderful Breakfast in these crazy covid times, chef was a real star, trying different things. Pool etc closed due to Covid, will be great when they open properly.

Buen hotel pero podría ser mejor con mas atención

El hotel está bastante bien pero debido al covid la piscina, sauna, etc.. no estaban disponibles. Los problemas que tuve fueron que la conexión a internet no era estable y a veces no funcionaba nada. Estuve en dos habitaciones distintas y en ambas pasaba lo mismo. La limpieza no esta mal pero como algunas habitaciones tienen todo negro se nota mucho el polvo en zonas que no se limpia. Las camas eran comodas y la habitación en general esta bastante bien decorada y es amplia. Me compensaron un dia con desayuno gratis por que no funcionaban los servicios de spa (lo tuve que pedir yo, sino no me lo hubieran dado). El desayuno estaba muy bien con mucha comida y el camarero/cocinero super atento. El resto de personal es muy amable y simpatico pero los fallos fue que un dia no hicieron la habitación (no me importo) y lo tuve que decir. Pedi un sacacorchos (te regalan una botella de vino) y tuve que salir yo a volver a pedirlo despues de 30 min porque nadie lo trajo. Cada dia que volvia del trabajo a mi habitación la tarjeta no funcionaba. Resumiendo, buen hotel, buenas habitaciones, bien decorado, staff muy amable. Recomendaciones es ese toquecito final de servicio que falta.

An Oasis In An Industrial Park

It is a very peaceful hotel with lots of amenities. Quiet music in the lobby. Very friendly staff. The only criticism is that the shower does not drain so well, so water goes into the area of the toilet floor. This is a minor thing, you just keep a towel on the floor. It is in an industrial area, so you might think you are in the wrong direction, but it is clearly marked and easy to access.

Clean and friendly spa hotel.

We only stayed one night, got in late and left fairly early, and so we didn’t take advantage of any of the many spa opportunities. However, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, they gave us free wine, waters, and cookies and it was a very pleasant stay. We didn’t see much of the area as we were just passing through but the location was convenient and we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely staff and nice touch of bottle of wine and snacks in room and reception. Very tired and a bit grubby looking in rooms - very limited room service and very remote location, spa room a looked and smelt lovely though

Agréable surprise

Hôtel surprenant au milieu d'une zone industrielle. Je n'y ai passé qu'une courte nuit, mais l'ensemble paraissait plutôt sympathique si on a le temps de profiter du spa. La déco est soignée et agréable. Chambre petite, mais jolie. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre uniquement, et très bon !

This is mainly a SPA place and not equipped as a hotel. Limited hours' reception, no early (<8am on weekdays; <9am on Fri & Sat) breakfast, noisy late night parties etc.

Nice staff Reasonable Short drive to Weizmann

Staff was very nice and helpful. Not your typical lodging...really more on the Spa and therapeutic side with saunas and whirlpools available...soothing music and dim lighting...ressonably priced...have to go through short dingy light industrial road to get to it but not do bad...
