"Front desk personnel, Dominic, was excellent at helping us with parking, check-in/out, amenities, pretty much everything. The location was super convenient and breakfast was very good too. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor: if you're staying in the bigger apartmentent on the 6th floor like we did, you will have to take the stairs. "

"The room was clean, quiet and spacious. The location was good, central and close to the places we wanted to visit. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was expensive and you had to have a set breakfast with optional extras at additional cost. We only wanted porridge but that would have cost approximately €37 as the set breakfast was about €29 and porridge was almost €9. Unfortunately, the restaurant for dinner was not open during our stay but the menu looked nice. We recommend the hotel."

"We loved our stay here, this is the 2nd time in the last year and we would highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and helpful, a special mention for Richard W who helped us out mutlple times. Rooms are clean and well kept, the water pressure in the shower is excellent. Approx 10-15min walk to central Munich (Marienplatz etc) and less than 5 from Munich hauptbahnhof Would highly recommend!"

"Pros: The location is ideal if you are traveling by train, the hotel was very trendy and the staff were great. Cons: The elevators are tiny, the lighting needs to be brighter in the hotel rooms and the automatic door to the hotel room was really difficult to shut. Overall thought we had a nice stay. "
