The Turracher Höhe ski area is a small, fine family ski area between Carinthia and Styria in the Southern Alps and offers 43 kilometers of slopes and 16 cable cars and ski lifts. Other neighboring ski areas are the Kreischberg ski area in St. Lorenzen am Kreischberg with 42 kilometers of slopes, the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with over 100 kilometers of slopes and the Katschberg ski area in Lungau with 80 kilometers of slopes.
