"It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is...

"This unit is centrally located and the price is right. The unit is in great shape and has absolutely everything you'll need. We parked on the street for the entire week for free, and we did not see anyone giving tickets. Elm St. is just a few blocks away and there are lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very communicative and got back to us quickly on any questions. Highly recommend."

"This place is definitely on my list to revisit while in Greensboro. The location is top tier and pretty much in walking distance to everything to include museums and restaurants!! Parking was slightly difficult (to be expected downtown) but theres a free lot just about two blocks down the road. Place was clean and tidy. Ill definitely be coming back, Thanks!"

"This place is in the best possible location in town. beautiful, friendly neighborhood with great restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The apartment is very sparsely furnished from Goodwill. The bed is basically a mattress on the floor with a very strange surrounding frame thing. there are 2 windows in the bedroom that look out at the dated building electrical connections. there are no other windows. the most important feature of this place is the very dated, dirty smelly old...

"Location is great. Street parking is tough to find so we used a parking garage close by. It was very comfortable. I would have preferred a covering over transom to hallway because it was so bright. We shut hall light off but someone turned it bag on. Strong scent of sewage in complex after second day. Not sure what that was about. Noise from adjacent apartment was loud one night. I would probably start here again if I wanted to explore dientiwn. "

"We were in town for WFU football. Condo was wonderfully located for easy in/out to stadium as well as downtown and campus. Everything was updated including new, plush linens. Kitchen had the basics (including coffee filters), and all bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. There was a faint musty smell likely due to pets in the property at one point but it did not detract in any way from the stay. Finally, communication was fabulous - prompt and informative. "

"It was unit K and coffee on the balcony watching the squirrels was lovely. No ice trays in the freezer. It was quaint. It is up 2 or 3 levels of stairs with no elevator so, if you have mobility problems I do not recommend that you book here. The area was friendly. Manager was responsive. Overall, it had everything we needed"
