"The hotel looks like it is relatively newly built. The extensive breakfast is served upstairs, and guests can sit outside snd enjoy the gardens below. The facility was very clean, also. The staff was given four stars not 5 because there was a large group of deaf guests staying in the hotel when I was there, but the person at the front desk couldn’t communicate with them effectively because she knew no sign language. I acknowledge that’s a pretty specific skill set, but surely hotel management could have hired a sign language specialist temporarily for a couple days to ensure the group was taken care of."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions, with convenient parking nearby. Our room was spacious, bright, and exceptionally quiet, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring Reims. The hotel is also just a short drive from many of the region's renowned Champagne houses, making it an ideal base for tastings and day trips. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the central location made it easy to enjoy the city on foot. We would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed in this hotel when it was a different chain about 12 years ago as it's in a perfect location next to the main station and walkable to the centre and 2 mins from tram stops. Under new management, the hotel is superb: good value for money, bright, fresh and clean with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are newly refurbished with everything you need including the much needed air conditioning in the recent heat. The staff are friendly and very accommodating."

"Clean room, kind staff, great location. However, the room is much smaller than it looks in the photos (although the bathroom is a good size) and we went in june so it was extremely hot - and the fans they provided in the room are quite weak. No AC, which is the main downside for summertime travel. But if the weather is good, id say the room is very good value."

"Clean. Spacious. There is no air con in the rooms but fan and shutters helped a little. There is a small park just across the street and bus to Champagne houses by the station. Tram also close that goes to the Catherdal. Supermarket is 5 mins walk but remember to buy salt as there is not salt provided in the rooms. Love the sound of trains so it didn't bother me that by window opened straight onto the train tracks by the station, plus the trains don't run late. Staff are pleasant."
