Booked site as comparable with premier inn's in united kingdom but the rooms were so small that in any part of the room noone could pass each other, the bathroom was very small. There was no good comparison that the premiere class could match the quality with premier inn.

We just stopped to sleep 8 hours, on our way to the south. Staff at the reception was very nice but the floor in the room wasn’t clean. It was clearly not hoovered. Overall, excellent value for a stop when driving long distance, not sure about a weekend or holiday. It is quite noisy, you can hear people in the rooms next door or walking past outside as well as cars.

Small but exactly what was needed.

Easy location for driving down through France. Near to the motorway and big supermarket to get supplies. A very cheap hotel but does exactly what you need for a road side stop over. Staff were friendly.

Premiere classe reims disgusting !

The hotel was filfthy smell was horrible room was full of cigarette smell, the floor was dirty as in not washed the bathroom was dirty and there was dust everywhere sheets pillow smelt like they hadn't been washed and there was hols in the bedding we had been travelling all day but therewas no way we was sleeping there so we left we didnt get any refund as the staff said he could not gi e it back we have to travel to italy and need to stop tonight but now been put off what to book as the rooms were no way the same as advertising disgusting . Hotels.com need to check what they are advertising as that place really shouldn't have been on the site to book. The premiere classe is not a place to stay even for 1night.

Nous avons eu une chambre pmr qui sentait le tabac froid plus plus , une douche avec une mauvaise évacuation, sur les toilettes nous avions les pieds dans l'eau. Nous n avons pas d 'handicap, Mais pas top pour une personne handicapé qui se retrouve dans cette chambre.

Grauenvoll, Toilette furchtbar schmutzig, falsche zimmerkarte bekommen so landeten wir in einem belegten Zimmer mitten in der Nacht.... Zimmer eiskalt, Heizung funktionierte nicht, nie wieder und NICHT zu empfehlen!!!!
