"Very clean and everything we needed. Walk to a French bakery or a Cafe for breakfast and walk to a brewery or restaurant in the evening. You also have the Cedar River with in walking distance. You can hear the power plant that’s close by at night. It quickly becomes slight background noise."

"This home pretty much met all of our needs and was stocked with great supplies. Very spacious and incredible view of the Cedar River, which was serene and enchanting. "This is our second stay at Nick's family getaway. The house has everything we need when we are visiting our family in Waterloo, Iowa. The kitchen is well stocked, the sauna is very nice and the entire house is spacious and comfortable. I would recommend Nick's family getaway for anyone exploring the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area."

"Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected, and I believe it's important to address these issues for future reference. We were very disappointed with several aspects of the property. The hot tub was drained right before our arrival, the grass was soaked, and the sidewalk was wet, making it unusable. Additionally, despite the advertisement indicating we could use the garage door opener, we did not have access to it. The garbage can was overflowing upon our arrival, leaving us with nowhere...

"The property was nice but not as clean as normal. It’s a new build so maybe debris is coming through the vents but the stairs were dirty. When I lifted the bedspread there was a couple pieces of plaster type debris in the bed. Other than that- a very nice place to stay- beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was nice. "
