"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind.
Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Gästewohnung. Tolle Einrichtung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr durch die in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhandene Haltestelle ist hervorzuheben. Der Checkin-Prozess ging reibungslos vonstatten. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft!"

"Da wir in wenigen Tagen möglichst viele Angebote im Rahmen der Europäischen Kulturhauptstadt wahrnehmen wollten, war die unmittelbare Nähe der Straßenbahnendstelle ideal.Das Erlebnis der Fresstheatervorstellung kam gewissermaßen als Sahnehäubchen dazu.Das Quartier ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen."
