"Staff were lovely and helpful, lots of choice at breakfast, nice to have fresh cakes and coffee in the afternoon, comfortable beds, clean shower, but the carpet on the room not really clean, or the drawers in the desk. Would've been nice to have sockets by the bed."

"I want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel are lovely and the hotel is situated in a very good location. However, our TV stopped working on the third night of our stay and some of the power sockets in the room also stopped working. We immediately reported this to the front desk, where we were told that it was likely due to the snow and it would be okay in the morning. The next day the tv and power sockets were still not working, we reported this in the morning and were told it would be looked at. When we returned that afternoon, they were still broken. We reported this again and were told that there were no staff in the hotel who would be able to fix this issue. For the amount of money we paid to stay at this hotel, I am very disappointed that we were not offered an alternative room or any compensation to amend this issue. Until the staff are trained on how to resolve these issues or better solutions can be provided, I would not recommend staying here and will be looking for a partial refund. "
