Herzlich Willkommen in unserem "Haus Pröchel". Unser neu gebautes Haus besticht mit einem herrlichen Bergpanorama und liegt im Ortsteil Unterbichl - nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ortkern entfernt. In nächster Nähe sind viele Wanderwege, Langlaufloipen, Schlittenberge sowie der Golfplatz zu erreichen. Unsere großzügige und liebevoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung ist im gehobenen Landhausstil ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, einer top ausgestatteten Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, sowie einen Wohn- und Esszimmer inkl. Balkon und Panoramaverglasung.

Eine sehr neue nette Wohnung im 1OG. Leider läuft die Bundesstraße direkt vor dem Haus.

Auf dem Balkon ist die Ruhe sehr eingeschränkt durch die Bundesstraße. Kommunikation mit Vermieter verhalten.

Erholsame Ferien

Schöne Wohnung und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung. Anreise und Check in waren problemlos. Durch die Grenzsperrung nach Österreich war der Autoverkehr Gott sei Dank nicht so stark, somit konnten wir uns in der kurzen Woche gut erholen.
