"A beautiful countryside setting. Lovely views of Noto and a very tranquil property. Lacked some touches though, which could have made it truly luxurious. Rooms are nice but quite basic. Breakfast is average (cheap juices, imitation corn flakes, etc) and if you're not there by 9.20 the staff stop replenishing items. One guest asked if there was any more ham being brought out at 9.30am and the staff member just shrugged their shoulders. Overall though, a solid choice but not quite luxury. "

"Beautiful hotel situated on an ancient farm. The “new” buildings were constructed 200-300 years ago, yet are totally modern inside. Gardening is beautiful. "Where do I begin. If you don't speak italian don't come here. Staff is not the friendliest. Was here for a wedding for a week. It's long term living. So what can you say. It's apartment style. "Good place to stay. Quiet and low key. The Pasta Norma served for dinner was the best I had in all of Italy. They hand make their pasta and it’s delicious. The breakfast was a bit lacking as there is no hot food. The pool was too cold in November and looked a bit dirty, so we didn’t use it. We enjoyed a hike in the citrus grove connected to the property. Not a bad place to stay. "

Great Villa - beautiful pool
"We stayed here for one week and the house is perfectly situated to explore the south east Sicily. A short car ride to Ortigia and Noto and the other beautiful places to explore. Fontaine Bianche has a bakery, mini market and a local restaurant. There are beach clubs where you can hire a sun lounger or just go for coffee. The villa was a great place to relax after a day site seeing. Paulo was incredibly helpful and very obliging if we needed anything. It’s a perfect place for two couples or a family of 4. Would highly recommend. Thank you"
