"The first time I was looking for a hotel to stay in Madrid, I picked this one... From my traveling experience, you cannot go wrong with MARRIOTT... ... and I was right! The cleanliness, the staff, breakfast service and bars were excellent. The hotel is not in the heart of Madrid (center) but you have different connections to get there; and around the hotel you have other interesting things to discover like great malls around..."

"The bed was comfortable, and the room met our basic needs. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful. They gave us poor directions to a nearby restaurant and seemed annoyed when we asked for additional clarification. The breakfast buffet was also overpriced for the limited selection offered. If you're staying here before a flight, I'd recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and eating at the airport instead."

"There are two Axor hotels next up each other and 8 minutes drive to T1. We were party of 3 in family room. Spacious but fridge had not been cleaned. Breakfast was good but staff at front desk disinterested."
