"- exceptional views of the beach front & clear view of Benidorm island to the right. - top floor apartment - balcony is private & not overlooked. You just hear sea waves. - there’s a hotel 20 metres away, which does a good pot of tea & has the same exceptional views - apartment super clean & offers full range of UK channels (movies sport etc) not that we used it with that view - 3 minute walk to bars & shops - 20 minute walk to the new town - will defo book for next year."

"The flat was clean and tidy and brilliantly located for all Alicante has to offer. Just be warned it can be noisy late at night with music from surrounding bars and the flats above. But it is a central location and therefore to be expected. Moises was a good host and we had great communication."

"We stayed for 3 nights and the location was fantastic! We love people watching, so it was great to be able to sit on the balcony and watch. Check in was great with good instructions on how to get in. We were lucky enough to be able to get a late check out and we are most great full for this. Location for the beach is amazing, just down the stairs and you are on the beach. Personally I often find beds in the EU too hard, but there was a room that had memory foam ones, which I was pleased with....

"Fantastic stay. We were on 3rd floor deluxe room for 5 nights. Self check in with code communicated several days before arrival and very easy to manage. Apartment was spotless and still felt very new. All facilities we needed especially as travelling with 3 year old. Still felt spacious even with sofa bed out. 5-10mins to beach, down the road from loads of restaurants. There was some background street noise until late but we actually got used to this quickly and no trouble sleeping as it was...

"The hotel and staff are amazing. Location right across from the beach is superb. Our only complaint is the pricing of drinks at the rooftop bar. 18.00 euros for beefeater gin and 6 for tonic is definitely over the top. Some instruction for possible parking before arriving would also be helpful. "
