"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "We liked this place, but check in instructions were confusing and difficult. We were stranded outside for a number of hours before they replied back. The “wifi” was a hotspot on an old iPhone. "The MSB Apartments is the standard of a 5 Star apartmentl but you feel like you are at home with the kitchen facilities and the extra space to relax. We spent Christmas in NYC with our 5 sons aged 24yrs to 11yrs. We booked one apartment. Loads of space to hang out together between outings and excellent value. We had one issue with Housekeeping which was resolved by Toni, very friendly yet professional and for sure we will return. 👍 "
