"Overall, excellent place to stay. My room was spacious and was as advertised. The receptionist was very kind and allowed my Mom to check out later as I was still in my conference until 3PM. It is about 10-15 min walk to/from Bonn UN Campus train station. I took off a point because the room did not have kleenex, bar soap, and the bathroom door is a barn sliding door that didn’t really close nor provide much privacy (no lock, see through, no soundproofing). "

"Great little apartment with everything i needed (with supermarket within walking distance) Liked that i could walk into town but also had option of bus from just outside. Area felt safe and was quiet. Reception unmanned at property but team were availble and responsive over WhatsApp 24/7. Would happily return and recommend numa apartments."

"FYI No air conditioner… just like the others, the details are not true… I booked the hotel just for the air conditioner but turned out it got nothing, not even a fan… staffs were helpful tho! "

"Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
