The management demanded a resort fee when it was just a basic apartment without additional amenities. I stayed in the room for 3 hours but had to leave because it was too hot and I couldn’t use the fan or take a shower. They refused to refund my $60 “resort fee” they asked me to pay in cash and I didn’t get a...
