Acceptable mais bien placé

La résidence est bien placée. Par contre nous sommes arrivés le dimanche et personne à l’accueil, j’ai dû téléphoner pour que l’on me donne un code permettant s’ouvrir une boîte à clé. L’appartement n’était pas très propre et pourtant je ne suis pas maniaque. La vaisselle était également pas très propre et surtout insuffisante. Nous étions 3 il aurait fallut faire un lave vaisselle tout les jours alors que le midi on mangeait à l’extérieur. La piscine était agréable mais nous avions des doutes sur la propreté en tout cas pas gêné par l’odeur de chlore… Je ne pense pas recommander ce logement à d’autre personnes.

Renovierungsbedürftig und dreckig

Die Bilder im Internet unterscheiden sich deutlich von der Realität: Nur eines der Schlafzimmer geht zum Balkon - das andere geht auf den Außenflur, d.h. jeder schaut ins Zimmer. In einem der Bäder roch es konstant nach Kloake. Aus den Ritzen zwischen den Fließen dringt Wasser, man sieht auch an Kleberspuren, dass schon versucht wurde, das Problem notdürftig zu beheben. Elektrische Heizung gibt es nur in einem der Schlafzimmer, nicht in der Wohnküche, auch nicht im anderen Schlafzimmer - und es war kalt. Lampen funktionieren teilweise nicht (Herd, Kühlschrank). Der Boden war nicht feucht gewischt worden, in einem Bett fand sich unter der Matratze eine Slipeinlage, im anderen ein Ring. Im Bad lag noch ein schmutziges Handtuch. Oberflächen (z.B. Esstisch) waren klebrig. Der Rezeptionist war bemüht, die Mängel zu beheben, aber die Betreibergesellschaft hatte gewechselt, alle Angestellten entlassen und nun lief der Betrieb mit nur zwei Kräften. Und viele der oben geschilderten Probleme trafen auf mehrere Apartments zu.

Super confortable

Il y a eu 2 soirs sur nos 3 soirs oùˋl'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée dans le complexe.Nous avons trouvé que ça prenait du temps pour que quelqu'un l'arrête. En plus,nous avions un bébé et nous avions peur qu'elle se réveille. Autrement,l'appartement était très sympa et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir durant notre séjour.La piscine était très chouette et tout le personnel avenant et sympathique.
