"Great family resort with lots of amenities "

"Been staying in Florida last couple weeks for work, easily the best hotel stayed in way above the rest. The atmosphere of this hotel is so relaxing, everyone is so helpful. I had laundry to do, free washer dryers is such a plus for out of towners. Just so comfortable, everything you could need or want right there. I will be back there for sure when I stay in the area. "

"The historic property has its 100+ year old charm along with some grime and grunge left over from the last mid-century era. Rates were over $200/nt and it does not appear any of that is being invested in the condition of the property. "

"0 stars. Disgusting. Number one issue is Rats and bed bugs followed with dr*gs and prost*tut*on galore. Place needs to be fumigated for anything living. Front office staff is rude, poorly managed, not communicative nor professional & inconsiderate to any and all matters with attitude and disrespect. The room is invested with rats , bed bugs, fleas and spiders. I asked for clean sheets during my 10 day stay on day 3 and was told no and the w/d on site isn’t working and can only be used for their cleaning staff … which is also the office staff.. which is also the property managers.. who are also the financial/ booking staff. The whole place is run terribly and I wish I could give 0 stars. I asked who was the owner or someone above to ask for accommodations or even a different room and I would not get an answer. The AC window units barely work. The stove has 1 burner that works of 4 & it caught on fire 3 times. Run don’t walk."

"I asked for a blow dryer on the first morning of a 4 day stay....never got one. Parking was too far away and there where not clear directions on how to get there. Also, was charged by the hotel for the parking but they wouldn't give us a receipt. Reception desk was not very helpful."

"Breakfast was good, but costs extra. We didn't get fresh towels even after two nights. Had to ask for them. Carpet was stained in the room. Parking was not.included, it is valet and costs extra. This hotel was priced WAY higher than surrounding hotels and still charged extra for everything. Definitely not worth the price or the name. Rooms are also not able to be cancelled even with the insurance. Overall disappointed with this hotel. The area was really nice and walkable, just use a different hotel."

"We liked the convenience of down town and the Bay. Didn't mind the small room but did not have enough storage space for a weeks stay. Bathroom is in need of repair and remodeled. Drywall and plaster was in poor condition, smelled musty. The bar was adequate, could have had a better breakfast selection. Overall the price was too high for the state of the room."
