"Check was a little rough as the property hadn't been prepped and cleaned for us. We ran into issue with burned out light bulbs and cleaniness because of this. However, we loved the location and the overall experience once those things were taken care of. "

"Perfect property with amazing views! We have an annual bike trip with about 15 friends. This was ideal for the needs. We loved the views from the whole house, including the expansive deck. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the ideal beach pass. There were multiple tables and plenty of seating for chatting. Planning to stay in the future."

"Beautiful house very good for big families with lots of kids from young adults to teen to little ones, there’s something for everyone in and out of the house. The backyard is awesome for games and s’mores and the access to the ideal beach resort was a huge plus and made our stay even more fun! Host was very good too and accessible. "The house was great, huge couch, lovely kitchen and comfy beds. We loved the bunkhouses for older kids and trailer hookups for grandparents, we had plenty of room for all the cousins. Pickleball was so fun and everyone loved eating out in the pavilion most of all. We never felt crowded! We also loved the location and being away from the crazy busy garden city but close enough to visit. "

"Beautiful House!!! It was the perfect size for our family. The check-out time of 11 am was WONDERFUL! We rent houses at Bear Lake every year, and have always had to rush to be out by 9, or 10 am. The BBQ, on the deck, was a nice surprise. Suggested for future: We would have appreciated more large-ish pans, bowls, and a knife. The grandparents in our group would have liked a grab bar in one of the bathrooms."
