"I highly recommend this beautiful home. It was clean, family friendly, wonderful host, and fully stocked. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, everything you need in a kitchen……so well stocked. Wonderful bedrooms and beds and plenty of bedding. Bathrooms were well stocked also with plenty of towels etc. Great BBQ area and outside seating. Just all around wonderful home and a wonderful host!!"

"House was very nice and host was easy to communicate with. Great for a large group. Many things to do at the house and around Garden City. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying Bear Lake!"

"We had enough space to spread out. We loved the deck, it was perfect to sit out at night and enjoy the scene of the lake! The kids loved the game room! We could have used another refrigerator but we made it work! The no garage was hard to not be able to store stuff, like bikes and kayaks. There is no grass for kids to play on but we loved having access to ideal beach. We would definitely stay here again."

"The place is amazing and our family had a wonderful time. Plenty of space and worked perfectly for us. However, we were very disappointed that the games are old and didn’t function well. The foosball table was unstable and almost fell over, the legs have been reattached and it was not level. The air hockey table - you could only score on one side and was very worn out. The double shot didn’t keep score, which was a huge bummer. The theater chairs don’t recline and are not hooked up ti electricity as they are broken -We had communicated with them about the games ahead of time and asked twice if they worked and they told us yes - so that was disappointing!However even with all of that we had a great time and plenty of room for our family reunion. We planned our own fun and had a great time. We loved that it was close to a park which we did a lot of family fun games there as well as a mit of time at bear lake."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect size for our group of 18 adults and was conveniently located just 15 minutes from town.The house was very clean and exceptionally well stocked with kitchen supplies and equipment. We especially enjoyed using both the grill and the Blackstone for breakfast and dinner. There was also a closet full of games, plus cornhole on the deck, which made for a lot of fun during our downtime.The views from the back deck were beautiful, and we even saw several deer during our stay. Parking was plentiful—we had seven SUVs, and there was plenty of room for all of them, including two in the garage.We did have a minor issue with the entry code when we first arrived, but Shannon was incredibly responsive and helped us get inside quickly.Overall, this was a fantastic property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped home for a large group."

"We had a family reunion here the last week of June 2026. It was a great place. Extremely clean, comfortable, and a good price. We loved the incredible views from the giant back deck plenty of parking, many comfortable bedrooms, Ideal Beach pass, stand-up paddleboards with life jackets, pool table, board games, big backyard, plastic axe throwing set, well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, cute decor, and comfy couches. The only small concern was communication before our stay. In the two weeks before our stay, I tried messaging the host through the Vrbo app a few times to ask questions and didn't get a response. I think maybe she wasn't checking the app regularly since our stay was not for a while. But a few days before our stay, I called Vrbo and they contacted her directly. Communication was great after that and she answered all my questions promptly and even took the extra effort to ask the cleaners to check on specific kitchen amenities. For reference, the kitchen has the following equipment: Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, flat griddle, mixer, blender, crock pot, instant pot, large saute pan, large pot, cake pan, muffin tin, bread pan, knives, common utensils, and silverware, plates, cups, and bowls for 20ish people (but the dining tables can only hold about 12 people at once). Families with young children will want to bring toddler-size cups and dishes, and toys (the games provided are all for older children and adults). We had a wonderful reunion and would stay here again."

"Beautiful, clean home with large gathering spaces.Kitchen was very organized and well furnished with large island for food prep and plenty of dining seating.Access to Ideal Beach and their amenities was a huge plus!Would definitely rent again!"
